KARINA HEREDIA WANTS TO ENSURE YOUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION. IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE YOUR UNUSED ITEM FOR ANOTHER, SIMPLY RETURN IT TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING IT.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNUSED; ANY EVIDENCE OF USE WILL RESULT IN THE ITEM BEING RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, ONLY PRODUCT EXCHANGE. RETURNED ITEMS MUST INCLUDE ALL DUST BAGS AND KARINA HEREDIA HANDMADE JEWELRY CARE CARDS. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS.

FOR YOUR SECURITY, RETURN YOUR ITEM WITH AN INSURED COURIER (E.G., FEDEX, UPS, USPS, ETC.). KARINA HEREDIA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT WHEN RECEIVING THE ITEM.
WE WILL CREDIT YOUR NEW EXCHANGE WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS.
ITEMS RECEIVED AS GIFTS MAY BE EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER ITEM OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE.
REPAIRS
KARINA HEREDIA WILL REPAIR ANY DAMAGED ITEM FREE OF CHARGE WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF PURCHASE.
ANY ITEM DAMAGED MORE THAN 6 MONTHS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE IS SUBJECT TO REPAIR FEES. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS.
